AuBurn’s Kurt Klein traveled to Carolina Motorsports Park to go racing over Easter weekend. Friday night before the races Kurt received his awards for his 2017 National Championship title with the American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA) for competition in the Sound of Thunder 3 class. This was Kurt’s first event of the year and he defended his title with two SOT3 class wins!

Here is Breanna's interview after winning the national championship. It's a very short video.

Breanna is the first woman to qualify wrestling for High School 4A state, making history for Paola High School.

March 22-25 Breanna competed in Oklahoma at the Cox Convention center, Oklahoma City. She competed for the first time in U23. U23 is a World Team Trial! This means that your competing for a spot on the world team in your prospective weight to battle your way to the Olympics. In Breanna's bracket was 32 women who are very strong and experienced competitors. Breanna's bracket had previous world team members including Miracle who is a Bronze World Cup medalist and 4X national collegiate champ. U23 is a freestyle wrestling as well. Breanna battles her way and earned All American placing 8th at 62kg for U23. Breanna is currently a Junior World Team Member, this year is her last year as a Junior for Women's Wrestling. Breanna brought home the GOLD in the USMC Women's Folkstyle Nationals. She battled tough going undefeated to bring in First place. In addition to end the 4-day tournament Team Kansas placed 5th out of 32 Womens team who registered to compete in a Dual competition, Breanna went undefeated in the Duals as well.
