AuBurn had a great time at the Moon over Miami 4th annual event held in Paola. All proceeds benefit the expansion of rehabilitation services in Miami County. This casual wine and dine event features a unique street party cocktail hour with live music, complimentary wine pairings and silent auction. Hey...Barrel Racers!

Bankes Barrel Competition is Friday, May 26th, 2017. Competition begins 7:00 pm or following warm-ups at the Wild Bill Hickok Rodeo Grounds in Abilene. Top 4 Dickinson County Racers (in any category) will qualify to be Bankes Racers at the Wild Bill Hickok Rodeo in Abilene Aug. 2nd-Aug. 5th. Rodeo entries will be paid for by AuBurn Pharmacy. Contestants must preregister at one of our pharmacies prior to the competition to be eligible to be on the final Bankes Racing Team, in the event of a rain out. Pleasanton grade school had a contest to see which class could collect the most AuBurn caps The 4th-grade class collected 254 caps and won a pizza party served by Karen from our Mound City location. 1,800 total caps were collected which earned the school a total of $450.00. Great job Pleasanton!

Brandy from our Parsons location received the Good Citizenship Award. One of the reasons she received the award was because she had taken care of a lady who lived by herself for about 6 months. AuBurn Pharmacy and Anderson County Farm Bureau’s "Day On The Farm" kicked off the morning hosted at Ratliff Jerseys. Jake, talks agriculture, Taylor shares a Jersey calf and Christy and Dan demonstrate milking.

AuBurn Pharmacy Minneapolis ran the Face Painting Event and Balloon Twister Artist at Minne-K Day's events which provide a fun day for the community. Great Job

Only one word is needed to describe AuBurn’s grand opening of its new building in Lindsborg, PERFECT. Perfect weather, facilities, music, food, skit, Dala, Dala name and of course Lindsborg people. Lindsborg welcomed its 33rd wild Dala horse in skit and parody song, GREAT JOB Wild Dala Wranglers!. AuBurn served close to 500 hamburgers and hot dogs and gave out as many prizes. Please Honor a Nurse on National Nurses Day May 6th.

Origin of Nurses Day: The roots of International Nurses Day goes back to 1953, when Dorothy Sutherland of the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare sent a proposal to President Eisenhower to proclaim a "Nurse Day" in October of the following year. The proclamation was not officially made. But, this day was born and eventually gained national recognition on May 6th.

Saturday, May 6, 2017, AuBurn Pharmacy will host a grand opening of it’s new building at 216 N. Harrison in Lindsborg Kansas. During the grand opening, the Lindsborg community will welcome its 33rd wild Dala horse in skit and parody song. AuBurn will offer grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, and prize drawings in the pharmacy parking lot from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. as part of its grand opening. Unveiling ceremonies for its new wild Dala are scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

You still have time to donate! We’re partnered with KMBC-TV Channel 9 on a great community effort!!!  This Mother’s Day, we will help local moms in need by collecting donated toiletries, hair and skin care products that will be donated to women in shelters.

AuBurn has an amazing extended family! Jonathan Pyle is the son of AuBurn's director of business development, Ed (and Mary) Pyle. Jonathan gave a blood sample and enrolled in the national bone marrow registry shortly after beginning dental school at AT Still University in Kirksville, MO last summer. An infant boy whose name and their location is withheld for privacy reasons suffers from Wiskott Aldrich Syndrome and now has hope for a disease-free future following this morning's harvest from Jonathan at KU Med. Ed said Jonathan wants people to know the pain is minimal and hopes many, many others will also register for this lifesaving, philanthropic cause. Thank you, Jonathan!

Ali and Karen from our Mound City location represented AuBurn at the East Central Kansas Active Aging Expo in Paola. This is one-day expo to promote positive attitudes about aging and encourage individuals to be active physically, mentally and financially. Great job AuBurn!
